Becky is passionate about helping seniors in her local community navigate one of life's most confusing transitions: understanding Medicare. As a health insurance agent, Becky has made it her mission to educate individuals on what Medicare is, how it works, and the health insurance options available to them, so they can make choices with confidence instead of confusion.
Becky started Your Medicare Solutions in 2020, driven by a simple belief: seniors deserve clear answers and someone who genuinely cares about their wellbeing, not just a sales pitch. Since then, she's sat down with countless individuals and families, breaking down complicated terms and plans into something that actually makes sense, and helping them find coverage that truly fits their needs.
For Becky, this work isn't just a job. It's about showing up for the people in her community, building relationships built on trust, and making sure no one has to face their health insurance decisions alone.
In her free time, you will most likely find her at a basketball or volleyball court supporting her kids. She enjoys spending time with family, preferably at the beach.
Keith Rill

Keith joined Your Medicare Solutions in 2022 after a 25 year career in information technology as a warehouse systems engineer.
That background gave him a sharp eye for problem-solving and a genuine love of untangling complex situations, skills he now applies to helping people navigate the world of Medicare.
Keith is passionate about educating new Medicare beneficiaries, many of whom are facing this decision for the first time and feeling overwhelmed by the options. He takes the time to listen closely to each client's needs, health history, and budget, and enjoys the process of matching them with the plan that truly fits. He also has a particular knack for finding prescription drug savings, helping clients keep more money in their pockets while getting the coverage they need.
Outside of work, Keith stays active on the water, whether he's out boating, jet skiing, or just spending time with his family, the people who matter most to him.
Kevin Rill

Kevin joined the team in January 2026 and has quickly become the expert that many of our new clients ask for by name.
He helps individuals and families find the right Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace coverage with clarity and confidence. Before becoming an agent, Kevin spent 30 years inside the health insurance and healthcare technology industry — including 20 years with a Blue Cross health plan, where he managed core operational systems and technology, and another decade building cost-transparency, provider-search, population health and other products that health plan members interact with every day. That firsthand experience means Kevin doesn't just know the plans — he understands how coverage decisions actually get made behind the scenes.
Kevin brings that same systems mindset and curiosity to our practice, using today's technology to streamline processes and make it easier and faster for clients to get the coverage they need. From quote comparisons to plan enrollment, he leverages modern tools to cut down on paperwork and back-and-forth, so clients spend less time navigating logistics and more time getting answers.

Katie joined Your Medicare Solutions in 2021. She brings warmth, positivity, and genuine care to her role as Administrative Assistant. A licensed insurance producer with a background as a physical therapy assistant, Katie combines hands-on healthcare experience with a real passion for helping people navigate their insurance journey.
Katie manages scheduling, client communications, data entry, and the daily details that keep our office running smoothly. Her exceptional listening skills and clear communication ensure every client feels heard and every task is handled with care — qualities that make her an essential part of how we serve both our Medicare clients and those finding coverage through the Pennie exchange.
Outside the office, Katie cherishes time with her family, reading and gardening.
